Distinguished Research Lecturer Nov 3

Dr. Robert Paul Director Missouri Institute of Mental Health

Speaker: Dr. Paul’s research program is focused on mechanisms of brain dysfunction in health conditions that primarily impact brain structures located deep beneath the surface of the cerebral cortex. We have asked Dr. Paul to speak about the MIMH for lessons learned in establishing a research center with state-wide reputation and focus.

Technical Illustrator now on staff

Please welcome Mark Williams to the research enterprise at Missouri S&T. Mark is a technical illustrator hired as part of the OSP staff to help researchers ” design and create a variety of technical graphics, including illustrations, diagrams, charts, graphs and animations for
proposals, presentations and publications. Focus on supporting faculty, staff and students in Missouri S&Ts four best-in-class signature areas. Time permitting, the Technical Illustrator will support other faculty and staff with their proposal preparation. Develop illustrations, diagrams, charts and graphs to visually represent text or data,clearly and concisely, for proposals, presentations and publications.”
